A condition which affects nose, fingers & toes in extremely cold conditions. The tissues become frozen & cells are killed. It is rather like an electric burn injury. 
TREATMENT: Warm up patient slowly, dress affected areas with non-adhesive dressings. This treatment is purposely conservative. Transfer to hospital.
